What Exhibitors Need to Know

Space Availability

Booth space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Deadline to reserve booth space is Friday January 13, 2012 .

Booth Prices

Early Bird Registration
Register ON or BEFORE December 5, 2011 and receive the reduced rate of $400.00. Booth rates increase to $450.00 after December 5, 2011.

8' x 10' booth $400 (on or before December 5, 2011)
8' x 10' booth $450 (after December 5, 2011)

Includes booth space, six foot table, two chairs, and draping around booth space. Exhibitors will also be provided with lunch for both days of the symposium.

Eligibility

Exhibits must be agriculture-related.

Accommodation Information

Conference rates have been obtained at the Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre for February 7-9, 2012 at a rate of $125.00 + taxes. Upgraded rooms also available at a discounted rate.

Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel at 1-877-VIC-INNS (842-4667) referencing the event code 413470 or the event title: Manitoba Special Crops Symposium. Deadline to receive the conference rate is January 7, 2012.

Special Notes

Manitoba Special Crops Symposium and the Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre assume NO liability for lost, stolen or damaged articles during the Symposium's entirety.

The hanging of signs or banners within the Tradeshow Area requires permission from the Events Coordinator. The hanging of signs or banners during non-event hours may result in overtime/and or call in rates.
